Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on coaching services and digital resources under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase or session
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Refunds are available for unused or partially used services

2. Personal Coaching Sessions

Refund Window: 14 days from your first session

Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with the coaching approach or coaching is not suitable for your needs, you may request a full refund before your second session.

Partial Refunds: If you have completed more than one session, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis (amount paid minus cost of sessions completed).

Cancellation: Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Coaching Packages

Package Refund Window: 14 days from purchase or first session (whichever is later)

Partial Refunds: Refunds are calculated based on sessions completed:

  • After 1 session completed: 75% refund available
  • After 2 sessions completed: 50% refund available
  • After 3 or more sessions completed: No refund available

4. Digital Resources

Refund Window: 14 days from purchase

Eligibility: Refunds are available if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials.

Exception: If digital materials are defective or inaccessible due to our error, we will provide a replacement or refund.

5. Group Workshops

Refund Window: 7 days before the workshop date

Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We will offer to reschedule your spot to a future workshop instead.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your name, order details, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Sessions attended or completed
  • Downloaded or accessed digital materials (after 14 days)
  • Workshops attended
  • Services beyond the refund window
  • Custom corporate programs (unless terms are breached by us)

8. Disputed Payments

If you believe you were charged in error or your payment was processed incorrectly, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 10 business days.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the modification date. We will notify customers of significant changes via email or website notice.
